RAEV’s practice is deeply rooted in intuition and reflection, using art-making to explore her natural curiosities about human nature, spirituality, emotional presence, and self-perception. She draws inspiration from everyday life, the mundane as much as the surreal. Working primarily in acrylic and sometimes other mediums, RAEV remains experimental in color and style, with a consistent interest in bold portraiture, contrasting colors, and loose, expressive strokes. She is often drawn to emphasize the subjects' spiritual connections to themselves and others through her interpretations of the third eye and its significance. She allows each piece to guide its own journey, holding space for vulnerability, growth, and meaningful connection with the viewer.
